The firm’s partners – Johanna Drayton and Jordan Boyle – have a wealth of knowledge in employment law. Johanna and Jordan have clients in both the business sector and wider public sector, including Government Departments, Ministries, Crown entities, local government, and individuals. Johanna and Jordan use their considerable commercial experience to help business people in the critical area of successfully managing their staff. They have extensive hands-on experience assisting numerous clients in the public sector to resolve a wide range of employment issues.

Jordan and Johanna take a proactive, supportive approach to resolving clients’ employment law problems. The partners have extensive experience before the Employment Relations Authority, courts, and Mediation Services. The firm helps employer clients to improve their workplace agreements, policies and processes to avoid legal disputes arising, and helps employer and employee clients to resolve employment relationship issues and personal grievances quickly and effectively.
