Aleisha joined Dyhrberg Drayton Employment Law in September 2019, having been a summer clerk over two summers. She previously worked for a large global professional services firm as a human capital consultant, advising a range of public and private sector clients across strategic change management, HR transformation, culture change and performance management initiatives. Aleisha advises employers and employees on the full range of employment law matters.

Aleisha graduated with a LLB and BA (Human Geography, Politics) from the University of Otago in 2018 and was admitted to the Bar in September 2018.

Aleisha has been on the Wellington Women Lawyers’ Association Committee since June 2018 and took on the role of Secretary in May 2019. She is also a volunteer lawyer for Community Law Wellington’s Refugee and Immigration Legal Advice Service.
