Kim rejoined Dyhrberg Drayton Employment Law in 2017 after two and a half years living and working in London. Kim undertook litigation and advocacy work, as well as assisting with the national pay negotiations with the teacher and support staff unions.
Prior to her time overseas, Kim worked at Dyhrberg Drayton Employment Law from 2012 to 2015. She has experience advising on a wide range of employment law matters including personal grievances, performance management, disciplinary and restructuring processes, and reviewing and drafting employment agreements and policies. Kim also has experience representing clients at mediation and conducting employment investigations.
Kim graduated with an LLB from the University of Canterbury in April 2010 and was admitted to the Bar in August 2010.
Kim is currently on parental leave until October 2020.
