Amy joined Dyhrberg Drayton Employment Law in 2014. She came to the firm from a large government department where she worked as a solicitor and privacy officer providing legal advice in the areas of employment and information law. Prior to that, Amy worked at a mid-sized law firm in Auckland.
Amy graduated with conjoint degrees in Law and Arts (Spanish) from Auckland University in 2009 and was admitted to the Bar in October 2009.
Amy advises on a wide range of employment law matters including personal grievances, privacy and official information requests, performance management, disciplinary and restructuring processes, transfer of functions between government departments, and reviewing and drafting employment agreements and policies. Amy also has experience representing clients at mediation.
